  All balances must be paid in full prior to event week. Because this package does not include extended design development or production services, a production payment is not required.

Payment Terms

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date and begin month-of coordination services. The remaining balance is due no later than 10–14 days prior to the event. All services must be paid in full prior to event week.
