Terms & Conditions – Yard Sign Rental (Self-Pickup)
Pickup Location
All self-pickups and returns must be completed at:
40 Pocahontas Rd, Somerdale, NJ 08083
Customer Responsibility for Pickup & Installation
- Customers choosing self-pickup are fully responsible for transportation, installation, and return of all rented yard signs.
Check Before Leaving
- Customers must inspect and verify all items and accessories (including stakes, bolts, and bundles) before leaving the pickup location.
- Once items leave our premises, the customer assumes full responsibility for any missing, lost, or damaged pieces.
Return Policy
- All yard signs must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time to the same pickup location.
- Signs must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided.
- Damaged or missing signs will result in replacement fees.
Weather & Safety
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that signs are not placed in unsafe areas or exposed to damage from weather, lawn equipment, or vandalism.
- We recommend temporarily removing signs during high winds or extreme weather to prevent damage.
Liability Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for injuries, property damage, or issues resulting from customer installation or placement of signs.
- The customer assumes all responsibility for the proper use, installation, and handling of rented signs.
