Payment Terms

To ensure a seamless planning experience and the highest level of service, Days 2 Remember operates under the following payment structure for all events.

Design & Planning Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of 35–40% of the total investment is required at the time of contract signing.
This retainer secures your event date and initiates the design, planning, and creative development process. The retainer is applied toward the total event investment.

Production Payment

A second payment of 35–40% of the total investment is due 60–90 days prior to the event date.
This payment allows for the procurement of materials, rentals, custom elements, and labor required to execute your event design.

Final Balance

The remaining 20–30% balance is due 14–30 days prior to the event date, depending on the scope of the event.
All events must be paid in full prior to event week. No payments are accepted on the event date.

Additional Services & Design Changes

Any additions or changes requested after the design has been approved will be invoiced separately and are due upon approval. Availability of additional services is not guaranteed once production has begun.

Late Payments

Payments not received by the scheduled due date may be subject to a late fee. Event execution is contingent upon full payment being received in accordance with this agreement.
